Jay might just be the coolest and most likable host of all time. Even in a rainy and desolate setting, he has the unique ability to transform a slalom contest into a homey spectacle. Jay has been the official moderator for every Streetboard World Championship since 2002, and by now, it's impossible to imagine such an event without him. As part of the snakeboard scene since 1994 and an exceptional streetboarder himself, Jay is more than just a host - he’s a true skater bro. He instantly recognizes every trick and rider by name, delivering commentary that’s as sharp as it is passionate.

We’re beyond excited to have him back as the host for the BAVARIAN OPEN Slalom Championship 2024, which will draw in around 50,000 visitors. His magnetic energy and ability to ignite excitement in the crowd is exactly what we need to inspire new riders to join our beloved sport.
