The Launch Ramp for Slalom

Here it is: the first version of our launch ramp for slalom contests, which will be used at the BAVARIAN OPEN 2024!! 🥳 It was drawn up just once, inspired by the launch ramps of the 90s, and then quickly sent to our partner, @lmbmetallbau, who built it for us. For now, we’ve kept the ramp at ground level, with the option to raise it later. The start works so much better compared to standing starts, like we had at the @germanstreetboardchampionships, and both competitors now start from exactly the same spot. The construction is top-notch, fully galvanized, and the push-off bars are made of stainless steel and are height adjustable. We’re excited for the ramp’s first use and want to give a huge thanks to @lmbmetallbau for their amazing work! 🙌🏼
